1st step: Activation
Note: If already activated than skip to 2nd step
Requirement: Itunes software and original sim card.
Make sure you phone is activated on itunes. Means you can see menus on phone, not only emergency window. if it is not activated than insert original sim (sim provided by operator who sold iphone) connect to itunes and activate iphone.
2nd step: Jailbreak
Requirement: Jailbreak software called Spirit. Download from HERE
A) Connect your iphone to pc and run spirit software and click jailbreak, wait for phone to finish jailbreaking. B) Now connect your phone to wifi network and run cydia which is just installed on your phone after jailbreaking.
C) Go to manage tab then access sources, edit and add http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com source url and click on Add sources.
D) search for ultrasn0w 0.92 and install it. It will automatically unlock your iphone
Nice article really useful for those who want to unlock their iphone 3g from network lock ...However i got my iphone 3gs unlocked from network lock with the help of online providers like Unlock-Zone.com here they unlocked my iphone using remote unlocking service for affordable cost ..They are rendering permanent unlocking solution so my iphone wont get locked again in future even if i update my iphone ...
